Buy with us
We have a selection of Off the Plan properties for to buy, either to live in or as an investment. We have partnered with Australia's best and trusted Developers, either under an exclusive offering or a channel agent.
Buyers Agency
We provide a full range of Buyers Agent services. We will assist you to buy a property including search, locate, evaluate and negotiate. As experienced Auction Bidders we can bid at Auction for you, with you joining us or not in attendance.
Mortgage Broking
Our experienced brokers will guide you through the process either for buying a new home or investment property, or reviewing your existing mortgages. We have access to Deposit Bonds and Co-posit as alternatives to using cash for a deposit.
Auctioneering Services
We provide independent auctioneering services, on location, in room or online. Once appointed, we work closely with the sales agent throughout the campaign, and meet with the vendor prior on the week of the sale to help manage expectations.
Sales Advisory
We provide a free independent service for selling your home by working with local agents as part of a tender process. We short list three agents in your area, and together evaluate the proposal and monitor the entire sales campaign. Our fees are paid from the agents commission.
Project Sales and Marketing
We offer Project Sales and Marketing for New and Existing Developments. Having worked with Australia's leading property developers, we have a created a network including Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, Marketing and Renders, We also utilise AI for a Virtual Experience.
